To obtain the muscle fatigue reduction it is recommended to start wearing a garment made with Emana® 30 minutes before practicing physical activities. For better recovery it is recommended to wear a garment for at least 6 hours daily after sports activity.

* Emana® is a technology and needs to be worn regularly to promote benefits. To obtain Emana® performance benefits, it is recommended to start wearing a garment made with Emana® 30 minutes before the physical activity.
** For better muscle recovery, it is recommended to wear a garment for at least 6 hours after the physical activity.
*** In order to offer UV Protection, a garment with Emana® must be made with a properly constructed fabric, aligned with an appropriate design to cover the skin.
Emana® has not been tested on pregnant women. It's advisable not to wear garments made with Emana® during pregnancy.
